Me too. This YM is one of the most gen-like rollie reps beside the noob sub-line.
Had the gen YM grey dial in the hand and on the wrist at the local AD and it's stunning piece for shure. If you mask the shiny lights at the store I really didn't feel much differences compared to the actual noob. Bracelet felt almost the same btw
Noob did an outstanding job here.

Maybe just wasn't for me and I'm just not a YM guy. Is it meant to be a different bracelet to a batman? They felt very different.
I tried it on and just wasn't impressed so I put it back in the box and sold it the same day.

I'm really good bro.just had a few stitches in side of head near my ear.i feel great now just got to take it easy no more fighting or weight lifting for a little bit.nhs in London is fast I'm home already.can't wait to get my ym as I accepted my watch from trevor
Damn bro...People don't fight here in US like they do back home. They just talk about fighting a lot. At least you scrap at the end of the night and not worry about someone just pulling a gun...feel better man

What do you think of the weight of the YM Noob with the 2824 movement compare to the 3135 or gen?

I have heard its pretty negligible. There really isn't enough platinum to make that big of a difference between the Gen and the Noob YM.

I keep hearing the bezel assembly is solid plat on the blue 116622 along with the build in non removable insert
The total extra weight of the Platinum bezel insert is around 5 to 6 GMS.
As smoke says there is a suggestion that in some of the later models the whole bezel is platinum. This is possible but not yet clearly confirmed. If that is so it will add another 15 or so GMS to the weight of the gen. That is if you are not planing to clean your AS3135 as soon as you get it. There is probably 10GMS of dirt an crap in it on arrival, same goes for all the Chinese movements :helpsmilie:

So Rolex is planning to make the whole bezel platinum ? What you mean by bezel insert?

There are rumors that they have. Jury is still out for me. The insert is the part with the numbers on it.
