Im planning to buy noob watch and Sa JF dial, but for noob which movement do you reccomend A2824 or SA3135 ?

I've just told you what I've orderd bro.reasons I've ordered the sa is because the cg are slimmer .and the movement works like gen.and I can build my franken easier.

Yes but you will need to cut the dial feet

I will do a review when it arrived along with a mini review of the jf dial.the noob dial layout looks great but the colour is way off

Now this is something I needed to know as I most likely will end up with Noob 2824 or worse, JF 2836.
Noob with 3135 is about as common as a hen's tooth here, I still hope for some luck but close to giving up tbh. Maybe I should consider smuggling lol.

As for the bracelet yes it feels cheap compared to the gen IF you happened to have a gen! If not then will feel quite ok, gen feels more solid and well put together (makes sense by the way) and especially due to the weight difference if gold or platinum is the picture.. I have a DJ genuine with steel only bracelet and feels way "gen-ier" [emoji848]

My pal has the noob blue 2824 ym with a jf sa 3135 dial and gen xtal and datewheel. It looks amazing I want to get a gen bezel assembly the insert is built in to the bezel and both parts are solid platinium
I would say this noob case is worthy of the gen bezel assembly. Because the rep insert is not really gen looking to be fair.but it's good enough for the time being

I saw your noob rolesioum it's very nice .the only reason I didnt go for the grey rhodium version was the rehaut engraving should be the new 2016 style white matrix not the nice deep dark double outlined rehaut engraving
The rolesioum version gen comes in both rehaut types and so does the blue as they are old and we're made before the new rehaut came in.ovbiously the new blue and rolesioum gens are now using the new 2016 rehaut
Noob should update the rhodium ym case to the correct rehaut

On my Gen pictured here the bezel is definitely SS The insert only is platinum . On my 18ct gold YM the whole thing si gold, but def not on this one. I wasn't aware they had changed it.

But saying that noob is using the 2016 rehaut on the new gmt the font is perfect but way way too dark.it should look white from nearly every angle not black. So noob if your reading this fix up amd make the rehaut shiny not dull and matt

I heard these bezel assemblys go for 1000 pounds as they are solid

It is possible they have changed them But mine is 100% definitely steel bezel and platinum insert

Maybe they come in 2 types then?anyone else want to chine in and discuss this.I would love to buy a gen assembly for my build and if you say they come in half plat that should be cheaper than the full platinum assembly

I would say that the writer is wrong. The dial I know is platinum and they hall mark it. Why would they mark the dial and not the bezel?
Also mine feels like steel and looks like steel. Unfortunately my SS YM is in UK right now so I can't have another look. But I am sure I would have noticed if it was platinum. Rolex staff often get this kind of thing wrong, as is evidenced by them saying the dial is plated, and I know the YM platinum dial is solid. However as they correctly say the rhodium dial is plated.

Yes just Google the rhodium ym
Then look at images you will not see one with the old deep double outlined rehaut because the new rhodium ym only came out in 2016 and the old rehaut was phased out in 2015 you can't get a new rolex with the old rehaut
