that actually makes a lot of sense and also inline with what Thorne said above who has both gen and XF in hand. I think you use KW to refer to XF - was KW acquired by XF at some point?
KW is V6F is XF, just changed names

That is a very good replication, for it’s time .
CG lever tolerances are very tight.
CG is positioned correctly too as you said.
The dial is the correct engraved + filled type.
Is the CG pin too large? The CG pin circle looks slightly larger than it should be. Lug holes seem a little large too.
The CG window/cutout is really good too.
If you transplanted that CG and dial onto an XF005 you’d be cooking with gas!
LOL. I also have a HFac O Series case from pam 114 as well. I will try to take some more pics tomorrow in better lighting.
One issue I potentially see is the XF hand lume not matching the HFac dial indices. And my HFac hands are modern style (accurate for M series but not accurate for N and later). I guess I could always relume the XF hands to match the HFac dial.
Here is M series. HFac caseback in general - not the best haha
thorne also I was going to post some O-Series case pics but it's identical to the M-Series. Same flaws. XF case is definitely superior to HFac, imo.
Nah, definitely not good to go. That OP logo is a dead giveaway, besides many other issues.
Sorry, were you referring to XF or HFac? I know HFac caseback isn't the best lol.
I was referring to the HF caseback logo being crap.
XF caseback is definitely better, though it has some issues too.
Noob got the millesimation wrong on the latest 005 caseback.
So none is ideal at the moment.
