From my own experience, I bought 4 watches total. Two from a non-TD dealer in China, one from TD and one from another non-TD dealer that's very famous. The non-TD Chinese dealer charge about $40 more than TD and the other dealer... I knew that and still paid extra to get my first two watches(ap ro diver, vsf pam382) They are perfect in every aspect. Then I picked a TD to buy a vsf pam441 v2. The QC pics looked fine but the watch had stain on the movement and the DW was off position. What I think is this TD didn't do basics to QC the watch. There's no way this could happen and they didn't find the stain. I shipped the watch back for movement swap cost me 60 dollars because I want it to get fixed quickly. Almost two weeks and it's still being fixed. The third dealer was fine. But I got bad suggestions, and I listened. Watch came with flaw. Dealer explained this is rep watch don't expect it to be perfect. He said I can send it back to him and he'll have it fixed. But it means another 30-60 dollars. Again ymmv but I really think when buying rep we should really try to get the perfect one on the first shot... I'll stick to the first dealer and will pay the premium to get a perfect watch.
