What AP Franken(s) do you have in the works?!

Is this watch basically a gen movement away from being called a genestein? Or is "genestein" not something really applicable to AP offshores?

Technically a genstein or genestein refers to a watch which has been put together with gen parts and so you’re correct in your assumption that if the watch above has a gen caliber, rotor and datewheel it will qualify as a genstein.
The term can apply to any watch which falls within the same definition.

I thought about putting it on a steel bracelet but not sure if the rep bracelet would fit. Gen bracelet brand new is too much and I don't trust the used ones on eBay and Chrono24.

My superfranken AP 26170 is finally done! I'm so hype! Thanks too all who has helped me through this build. This is my first AP franken. A special thanks to: slaughterer62 Limpy Mikey and legend. This build turned out so nice! and can't wait for it to get on my wrist.

- Gen bezel
- Gen bezel screws

- Gen bezel gasket
- Gen hands
- Gen crystal
- Gen dial
- Gen tachy
- Mikey v2 modern dw
- Mikey v2 dw date cut
- Mikey gen-spec cyclops
- LWO 283 LeMania
- Limpy movement holder

Mods:
- Gen DD pusherheads
- Modifications like (machining of the movement-holder, machining and finishing Mikey date cut-out, modification of the pusher-system.)
- ETA 2892 service (new mainspring, new balance, new clickspring, new reversing wheel)
- DD module service

I'm just proud of this build, sourcing parts, spending money etc.

All gen but the movt & holder, Mikey’s DW, date cutout and cyclop.
Assembled by slaughterer62 then Harleysta91 installed new gen hands in a 2nd round.
