I'm locking this thread until it is necessary to open it up again.

Brig threads give people who did bad things an opportunity to make things right. It appears that has happened. There may be one paypal outstanding and if there is efforts towards resolution, there has to be reasonable time given to allow that.

If the inmate doesn't make good, it will be opened back up.

I never lock brig threads but most things appear to be made right and that's where people have to recognize that it's time to stop.
