hi there, where did you find a such a 44mm submersible steel? I can't find in Trustytime , for example.. no either 42mm steel.. (only ceramic bezel), thx!44mm is really a good size !
No more fisheye on my Pam 1229. Thanks to etashazam for hooking me up with the crystal.
I’ve had this watch for 3 months and I never wear it because of that fisheye effect. I’ll be wearing this now.

I can't see any difference actually...it would be great also a good 2xar and to get rid of the fiesheye effect

I have a few of @etashazam 's crystals. They have very good clarity and fit perfectly. I upgraded a few of my submersibles with it. The 47mm crystal also works on the Pam508 and 607. The 508 and 607 came with terrible crystals from the factory.

@pf78 unfortunately with the cyclops on the old subs there is no other alternative available (as far as I know). I would keep those as is. But these particular crystals are a good upgrade to the modern sub rep crystals.

Yes the 508 and 607 factory crystals have fish eye effect.

yep, the lasted panerai submersible dosent use fish eye effect crystal.
