Yes but I’m not sure if they still have pieced from the old batch. Newest batch should have correct crystals.

I compared them to pre Covid-19 released submersibles and crystals are completely refined, no fish eye and they are more clear. They are using quality crystals in new batches.

That is great news, I got rid of all my new subs as couldn't get on with the crystal issues. is there any photos of the new crystals?

I just got message that current batch of 985 and also 684 still have fisheye crystal. Im not sure about 984 but im guessing the same. But they will eventually upgrade crystals in those models.

Guys, PAM389 doesn’t have fish eye. Many other Vsf submersible still do. I’m not quite sure which one they upgraded. We will probably have to wait for new batches.

Pam389, pam569, they never had fisheye crystals. I bought them about 3 years ago and it always came with correct crystals (no fisheye).
But theys crystals are waaaay larger than the recent releases from Panerai, due to their larger cases.
My pam 616 is a V2 and it came with no fisheye crystal, wich is incorrect for this model (gen has fisheye), but it looks waaaaaay better with nolens effect.

It's possible and probably even likely that the 569 is not vsf.

I KW version is the most accurate I believe and it does not have the fisheye.

I got a few of these crystals and would love to change one. If anyone would like to post a tutorial on changing a crystal, that would be great.

Correct. Although technically V6F's release was just an extension of their production as KW factory.

Yes. Many people, not all, who run HBB/V6F are in vsf and xf but there was a big fight / disagreement inside the factory.
KW changed name to XF. XF is basically non existing now. I’ve heard everything will be released under vsf. Original plan was to keep XF as a subsection of VSF and release only Omegas under XF but that was changed.

Has anyone received a 42mm sub without fisheye? I already greenlit QC pics but fisheye is present. Aside from crystal it looks great so not sure if its worth rolling the dice. TD is unaware of any crystal changes from VSF.
