Trusty only had it available with SA3135. Here are the QC Photos of the GMF Datejust 36. Lug shape definitely looks better to me.

compared to my gen 36mm. the colour isn't too bad, maybe a bit flat.....but the indices are way too big.... like the difference between the indices on a DJII compared with a DJ41.... ie really obvious if you know what you are looking at.

OH and that roulette date wheel.

Yes, I can see that. It definitely stands out when you put them next to each other. I think this is something that was corrected on the V2 version, but alas no domed bezel on that model. Beautiful watch BTW.

This is V2 of the GMF, looks like the indices were corrected. The watch I bought is the older 11 series Datejust.


I also heard Clean Factory is releasing a 36mm Datejust.

By the way yesterday I ordered a submariner no date 40mm ARF, so I took some time to understand which dj 36 is the best.

I meant the new Clean Factory version. I would wait for that one if I was you. I really wanted a domed bezel so I went GMF, but I will be ordering a Clean Factory as well.

Got the GMF Datejust 36 today. Looks and feels insanely good on the wrist. This could be my daily driver for a while. Took a bunch of pics in different lighting and outdoors. I can see why the 36mm size was so popular for a long time.

Looks amazing! From the pics/videos I've seen of both I like the darker shade of blue on the VSF a bit more than CF.
