The light on the Gen is in a more diffuse cone shape, whereas the Rep is more of a line, but it's not bad! My laser light display is also due to being underneath about 10 spotlights whereas I think your video has just got the one light source (and indeed is the sun, so a different type of light). yes the gen dial is different, but even with a gen next to it, it’s not something that’s super obvious. We build up these issues more in our head

In the interests of fairness/completeness, when under a direct light (directly under a spotlight in this case), the evil crescents return. In fact, the dial becomes a laser light show! Which is actually quite nice, but I suspect not very Gen like.

i’ll make sure to do a video of both under the same lighting conditions and in the same holding position.

Which dealer is it. It looks like they have definitely changed their hour hand. Cant see the rehaut on the picture but birders on the hour hand look way better compared to the original release, anyone else has recent QC pictures?

I’m running out of light today. I just resized it and will post some additional pictures. The rep I can compare it to probably isn’t going to be a fair fight. My ARF LV.
‘I’ve got to have a talk with Andrew (Trusty). His lighting for QC is pretty bad and didn’t do this piece any favors.
‘It’s really nice. I picked up an RXF Ln last month I suppose I can make some comparisons there.

The angle is similar but the focal length on your picture seems more telephoto while the other one seems more wide angle that can also affect how the hands look in the other picture. Have a look at the seconds hands, how big it looks in yours. It's cuz of the focal lenght and lens distortion. There a lot of variables when it comes to photograph things that's why photograph will always be deceiving and don't do really Justify to the nice watches vsf has put out.

I think its fine. It only comes with one movement.
