VSF Clarification on Submariner Case Kit and Serial Number

Is it the same for VSF 116619LB also ?

I got 2 QC’s for that watch but they start with DO serial.

No, 116619LB and 166613LB/LN have different serial numbers and this is why this "announcement" is will confuse a lot of people. The serial you got its right for the model you bought but as i wrote before vsf have used cases from the 116613LB/Ln and 116619LB for the the 116610LN and LV.

There's no really transparency at the end here lol, just vsf trying to dodge a bullet.

Hi all, after reading above that VSF produce serial number watches with s19 and s29 only I believe my TD might have not sent me true VSF submariner. I ordered black and a hulk submariner and the hulk has the s19 serial number. But the black submariner has serial number starting with A99. Also noticed that the bezel numbers and markers are a bit dull/darker than the bezel of the hulk. Can anyone help verify my watch is a true VSF? I've attached photos for your reference. I really don't care about rehaut but I just want confidence I got a true VSF from my TD. Thanks in advance

Clasp code is 7GJ, same as my hulk. How do I fix this issue with my TD, puretime. Extremely disappointed to hear this.

One of the clearest tells for an RXF comes from the serial numbers. So far, I have seen:

3x F77S7878
3x D55P5858
2x E66R6868
1x A11L1818

Letters occupy the first and fourth places. So far they have been 11 to 13 letters apart in the alphabet.

With the numbers, only one is variable and this occupies the second, third, fifth, and seventh places. So far, it looks like the variable number equates to the first letter + 1 ie. F is the 6th letter of the alphabet so the variable number is 6+1=7. The exception so far is the A which retains the variable number as 1.

The sixth and eight places are always an 8.

I have an RXF, I can guarantee that side by side with a VSF it is indistinguishable.
You can tell the difference simply by opening the back of the watch and looking at the movement.

I understand the business approach you talking about but what i was trying to point out is that it makes no sense that vs woukd sell their movements to other factories because they have become the most desirable in the market, unless of course there is a relation to the factory they are selling their movements.

It's an RXF, you can tell by its bad rehaut instantly.
