That's good to hear, that does seem to be a one off (poor quality bracelet finish).
And good to know that the seller would be willing to work with you regarding a replacement.

Besides QC issues such as this, replica bracelets are quite nice for their cost.

Guarantee the seller would be willing to work with you, but I do not guarantee that it will not take some negotiating and perhaps added cost.

I would mind just to receive 2-3 links to replace these three but yet again if I had access to a descent watch-smith I would be hassle free now.. anyway this is a very beautiful watch and no need for modding unless you are a perfectionist (or anal to detail lolol!!!)

Beautiful watch, very interested in this model. Would it be within reason to ask a TD to loosen the screws for you during the QC process?

How do one heat up the bracelet without damaging it?

I had good luck with a strong hairdryer but let it sit an inch away for about 15 minutes on high. If I had a heat gun I would have used that. It would’ve even more efficient and less time consuming. I would have been leary of using a blow torch on it in my basement work bench.
I have to add what I didn’t mention before; after using the penetrating oil and heat, I stopped halfway and repeated the process because it started to get difficult again. After that it finally came out.

I just sized the bracelet on my new VSF Seamster 300m gray dial, using overnight penetrating oil and hot hair dryer, it was a headache but in the end I accomplished it. Damn link screws, one of the true letdowns in replicas.

There is no way to resize that jubilee. I’m trying to head up the bracelet to loosen up any kind of glue or wax.
