I have a picture of it when I did it with my Pam671 so you can take a look. Just put the watch case in a recipient qith enough ketchup to cover the watch and wait a few minutes (+/-10mins).
And the nato is very good.

Just saw a Gen Bucherer in real life and it looks amazing. Think I will pull the trigger for this XF version

Got mine and did about 10 turns to wind her up. It had a jumpy wind feel like it was skipping a bit and now it doesn't wind it at all, crown just spins with no resulting wind. Freak man I have the worst luck! So contact TD or is there anyone on RWI that can fix it?

Probably contact TD but you'll have to bear shipping costs. Or if you love it that much you can swap in a Swiss ETA.

To be honest I usually try not to wind my automatics. Just give them a shake and the rotor will do its job. Even BK suggests that I don't wind the gen Swiss ETA on my BK Sub-C too much and just let the rotor do its job.

Huge differences from leather strap to buckle, from case color to printing on the case back. Hands, plearl are all off. Its a great REP no doubt it has a long way to go to be 1:1 as per GEN.

Couldn't disagree more. I compared the original bbb (kw) and the gen and the case color and buckle etc are spot on. The difference you see here is simply due to the natural progression of the patina on the gen.
Rep strap is not too bad but if course off from the gen but that's it (and the dial print is no as defined on the rep for the bbb but it is clearly improved on this one).

Buy a gen strap and you are good to go for this particular model (which can be said for most super reps). Saying that this rep has a long way to come along is a hugely unfair imo

Does anyone know if the nato and leather strap runs short on this like the original black bay bronze? I have close to 8" wrists.

Sounds like the keyless wrx is jacked, a relatively easy fix for a competent watch smith. Definitely look for service locally or send to a member. Sending it back to China for service is a hassle and a risk.

Understand about taking care winding, this was just the initial wind a bit, set time etc.

So CONUS who would be able to deal with this?

@Bigred7078 sucks being in the big wrist club eh? The strap and the nato are both too short for me with my 8 3/4" - 9" wrist. I rerouted the nato through the buckle and was able to get on the very last hole

That's helpful @psssniper and the big wrist club certainly can have its drawbacks!

So it sounds like the nato will work for me since I have smaller wrists. What about the leather, do you think my 8" wrist would work with it?

That gear wobbles a bit but doesnt turn, also found a surprise inside! Left over machining debris.

Wow! Nice shard! Something like that could screw a watch up real good.
I'd send that in for a full service clean and lube. Since the keyless needs to be reset, you should have them switch out the set-bridge for a 2 position no-date one, for that authentic no-date feel.
