v1 > v2 because of the white hands IMO. Both versions are amazing reps.

Can anybody give a good estimate of the hand length, as aftermarket hands are available that are less white.

What are the chances of eventually finding a genuine insert? Genuine crystal? Is it even worth it at the price point of the genuine?

Hands can be relumed, so Im ok with the off color as its an easier fix. Just gotta factor in the extra cost into the total price.

Where would one source the aftermarket hands?

Could it be that the white hands are meant to go in the upcoming release of the blue BB and they wanted to save some costs by using the same hands on both?

Blue has silver hands maybe they just used the lume feom the blue's silver hands.

I've found these hands on ebay. They look right, but I dont know if they will fit

Fyi, those are 8.5mm 12mm and 13mm in length according to the seller.
Also the center of the second hand is more like the gen.
Someone be first.

do "gen" hands that are made to fit 2824 2836 easily fit clones or are modifications needed? If it's a simple swap, I'm thinking of going with this

Good choice, I'd much rather deal with the hands/lume and have a unique serial #

I've jumped in with the 'new' eBay hands too. Will have to wait for it to arrive but have a guy here willing to mod for me. Will post up if they fill me with pride but may not if they don't do the job. I'm not sure if they're too yellow?

I could be wrong...But I think it would be hard press to find any gen parts for the BB ..given the watch is a newer series of Tudor! Plus the Tudor isn't offered in every country over the counter! Only web purchases!
