Did they manage to polish the side of the crystal like the gen on this v2?

In Angus' early progress pics (see BMW760s Thread: Blue Red or Black ? ) it looks like they did... However, in some days we will probably know more

I agree after selling my V1 to you...I bought the newest batch....Dial is the same as V2 ...The only difference i see in the V2 and the newest batch in between is the pearl the insert...And the serial numbers! Thats it! They are all solid made watches!! I only hope the Blue and the Black versions are as built as good!

the metal pearl cup does appear to look better, but I was just trying on the gen the other day and without a side or profile pic of the "V2" it'd be hard to say if it has been improved or not.

The pearl is actually shaped better, but that stupid flattened top ruins it.

The hands did get whiter. I got confirmation that all pieces of this batch have the issue. It's a shame cus everything else is great.
