Man, the Black Bay 41 Monochrome is such a cool release—got that vintage Rolex vibe but with a modern twist. I think a good rep will show up eventually, especially since it’s not too far off from other Black Bay models.

The thinner case and monochrome look really make it pop. Fingers crossed ZF or someone gets on this soon because this watch is

I'm saying no, it's just a subtle matt effect black, nothing special. To be honest, it wouldn't be a deal breaker for me personally, the rest of it looks great

Don't quote me on it, the version I have doesn't. But I'm seeing photos online with subtle hints of it, Photoshop? Or luck? Lol

I would wait to a revision from ZF, after a full day of wearing it what really bugs me is the lume difference between the dial markers and the hands.

Walking from outdoors to indoors It's so blatantly obvious and annoying.
