Why is it always the crying about some lost hundo's to end with the 'i've got more reps/cars/money then you'
Because most people assume people on this forum are broke and can't afford real watches.

If they stuck around they might realize some people's single fake costs more than his entire collection.....

Wow, this forum is the best argument not to go into fake watches. Rolex should make a campaign with you guys.

It worked out for a lot of people though. Might have to do with reading stickies, managing expectations, making a deal out of issues 5 month after purchase and eventually throwing out the departure notice (this ain't an airport you know)

I have enough genuine watches. Even expensive one's. So long suckers. :)
Noted.

Now, wear one of your real expensive watch for 5 months. Every day.
Swim in your giant pool. Go off road cycling. Do running every morning, always with the watch on your wrist.

Then go to the AD and complain with him because your Patek loose 5 minutes a day, and you want to be refunded.
Let's see what happens next..

Good luck, a big hug to you.

So long suckers. :)

I see a bunch of guys here who let themselves gladly fuck by whomever providing some fake luxury.

Look, you have completely wrong expectations and are clearly not open to the suggestions given to you on how this rep world works. You have encountered a bit of mockery but on the other hand you have subscribed here for the sole reason of complaining. This usually doesn't sit well with the community. You did not subscribe and ask questions, as a newbie would do, to understand more. The only question you made is "How are you supposed to test the watch with these stickers?" expecting some kind of legit product warranty to come up for your allegedly faulty watch after 6 months of usage. If you cared to read a bit and if you read the TDs terms and conditions you would know that the only warranty on these pieces is given by factories subject to the stickers still being in place. But, this is just one aspect. On this forum you have the opportunity to learn more on what to expect and make informed decisions.

Please don't offend the community only because of your unrealistic views.

One of the first watches I bought was an Explorer 1, which was some years ago; a JF I think.
It was a pretty good version but the movement had issues from the start. There were enough threads on the forums to warn about sending watches back to China, something that the OP may not have picked up on. I opted to replace the movement with a Swiss STP 1-11 and it has been a great runner ever since. Yes, I paid out another £100, but it was better than losing a $500 rep.

Hello friend,

Sorry for the inconveniences all caused.

We have been actively communicating with you through WhatsApp to solve the problem. It is indeed very pity that the watch was confiscated by customs when it was mailed back to China. This is something none of us want to happen, so we have been working hard to actively solve the problem with you all the time.

You have purchased and used the watch for 5 months since January and now such a problem has occurred. We are willing to share this loss with you and have provided many solutions. However, you have been emphasizing on WhatsApp that the clean explorer we sent you is a very bad watch in itself, and hope that we should not sell this watch and wanna us to refund the full amount.

We hope that we can have a good solutions.

I haven't done much research on replicas so far. I was interested in the Rolex Explorer 1 and rather than spend a lot of money I thought I would get a good replica first to see how the watch wears in everyday life.

I ordered from Theone watches. Ordering, contact with the salesman was very good. The watch arrived 3 weeks later. The first red flag was that they would only take the watch back if the numerous stickers were not removed. How are you supposed to test the watch with these stickers?

The watch itself did not make a bad impression. However, when you hold it in your hand, you notice a clear difference to a genuine Rolex. At 500 euros, the replica was not cheap. I have Seikos that make a better impression.

The main problem, however, was the movement. The watch was, believe it or not, i5 minutes slow per day, which ultimately made it useless.

I felt a bit naïve, as I thought that I expected a Chinese counterfeiter to deliver a quality that matched the purchase price.

Eventually I did get in touch with TheOneWathches. They are very friendly and polite, but in the end there is no help for problems.

They suggested I take the watch to a local watchmaker. Then I might as well hand it in to the police.

Then they suggested that I send them the watch. That's what I did, with tracking etc. But when the watch arrived in China, it disappeared from the radar.

After that I had a few more unpleasant contacts with TheoneWatches. I should bear in mind that automatic watches are not very accurate... We're talking about 5 minutes a day... You could be lucky or unlucky. Well, I was unlucky and completely wasted 500 euros. They offered me a refund of 100 euros.

So my advice with Theonewatches is: Keep away! It seems to be a lottery and they don't do any quality control before the thing is sent out. Look around at Seiko. They have good chronographs at a good price that work.

I have to admit, these kind of stories are getting more numerous and more interesting as time moves on.

(1) I did no research, had no idea that Chinese replica movements are a gamble.
(2) I ignored the seller's advise to have the watch serviced, for the same reason I never change the oil on my car as long as it's still running.
(3 I sent the watch back to China, despite all the warnings "never send a watch back to China."

I mean, how can you top this and the responses on an entertaining level? This is great reading material, and of course all of this is then topped off by offering advice not to buy from that TD again!

(4) I have serious Karen DNA and I think every rep dealer should have a service that tops Amazon.

I don't have a university degree in fake watches a that is not my ambition to be an expert. I just said, that if you boil it down I paid 500 euros for strictly nothing because theone watches seem to have absoltely no quality control. I won't cry and it's not impacting my finances, but it's a small warning to those who are not expert. If they send me a watch that could keep time (roughly) I would't have said anything. They offered me a 100 Dollar refund, for a 500 item that is flawed and useless. Do you think this is an offer I should accept?
According to Steve, you’ve had the watch for five months. Correcting the frequency is an easy fix for any smith and even something you can do yourself. If your watch arrived in January, why are you only posting about it now?
