No it is not the purpose of this forum to share inflammatory opinions on a member of good standing. You had the use of the watch for 6 months, you were advised of a sensible resolution ie take it to a rep friendly watchsmith, who will service, regulate and lube the movement.

Yes, that's why I called my post *it's a lottery" I understand what you say. It's illegal an there is no sense in complaining. So why do we need a forum?

Because you're blaming a dealer for things they can't control. Almost every dealer you use, TD or non TD can have this problem.

The forum is like a book, not just any book it's a book of knowledge. Now there are lots of books of knowledge, on all types of subjects, you name it there'll be a book of knowledge about any subject you can think of. When you have the book on the subject of knowledge you want to learn about, it really helps if you read it, otherwise it might as well be a paper weight.

This forum has so many valuable information about watches (replica or not), if you took the time to research a little bit you would have understood what to do and how to do it. It's not about reading the whole forum (which would take ages) but at least the basics, which are well explained.

And what information have you actually offered future users? You can beat the hell out of the watch for 6 months and then when it suddenly isn't keeping time well that the dealer is still willing to try to help you get it repaired? It sucks that you sent it back to China and it either got lost in the mail or got confiscated. If Steve was offering to discount a replacement piece you should have just taken that and been happy, since by the terms of their service, they are not responsible for any customs issues on return to China
