I handled all 3 Hulk dials in person, VSF, CF, and ZF. VSF definitely needs an upgrade and whoever said if you don't go gen then it's silly to upgrade a VSF has no idea what he's talking about. ZF/CF may not be gen but they're a lot better than VSF.

However I will state that in my opinion the CF dial is better than ZF. I found the CF dial with a deeper green than ZF. This might be due to raids as my TD told me the ZF dial has changed. Maybe if I received a ZF dial from the inception of the release I might feel differently. Maybe not. But currently CF > ZF for a Hulk dial.

CF markers are good for hands and VSF pearl? This is an important aspect imho, what do you think?

I had all of them at one stage, but I lost all the photo from my old phone. newer BP was good along with the newer CF without the dodgy ‘x’. The only issue with the CF and BP was there was too much internal radius in the corners of the date window. One of the best dials I’ve handled along with the gen was the old JF hulk from years back, minus the dial markers…I’ll try find the pics

So this was also my problem with the ZF dial, at least post raid. Besides for less depth than CF's, The sunburst effect on gen anf CF dial is wider. ZF dial's sunburst is less wide

Any rep 3135 Hulk dial should be the same diameter as the gen. The popular rep 3135 movements (VR/VS/SH/SA) are the same size and have the same dial feet hole positions as the gen.

I saw a comment on here that the ZF dial diameter is slightly larger than VS and needs shaving to fit the VS case. I’m hoping that’s not the case lol

Bummer hadn't seen that one bro. I've got to shave my Miyota BP Hulk dial to go in my ZZF. Should be a snap for you with your talent and tools. I have to use the poor man's approach, haha! E6000 glue is my secret ingredient - double stick tape would work too I guess but the E6000 is tried and true and easy to remove.

I’ll check out that glue I need something that’s easily removable lol. I’ll update here when I receive all The parts as to sizes and how one fits the other

the news I could find is very mixed, some people say that they are the same to each other, other people who are not.

I currently have a gen dial in my ARF and it doesn’t fit properly. I will take all case dial seat measurements when I receive a few more. Including noob v10, ARFv3, zzf latest batch and VSF. This will indicate the max dial size each case can handle
