They will get charged the full price for the new dial while RSC keeps the old one. The same happens with Datejusts

Yeah I know I was only mentioning that the new dial price during service is no where near the prices we see, so it’s useless to the owner of a gen. I guess the independents with Rolex accounts aren’t sending old dials back, keeping and selling them at inflated prices… good for us hobbyists though, or a little investment depending on the dial

wow a lot has happened here the last few days.

Basically what I have heard is that the ZF dial needs some little adjusting to fit the VSF case. ZZF/CF should be fine.

One question to the members who own VSF ZZF ZF --> which of the REP dial has the darkest color and the least laser sunburst?

How are the Markers from the ZZF or ZF compared to VSF?

which is difficult to judge from a video, the hulk quadrant is too influenced by light, the position in relation to light can change very much the judgment, very difficult

that almost black color that has the GEN in particular luminous conditions I have never seen well reproduced in any rep

in this video Clean and VSF do not seem so distant, but in reality it seems that it is not so

you are right. a video will never tell the whole truth but it can be better than pics cuz one can see the effects different angles have on the dial.

Me and my TD have a pretty good relation and he thinks the ZZF/CF dial looks the darkest and less laser sunburst in real life.

I am thinking about getting the CF and ZF dial just to compare it.

and the Clean dial should fit in VSF case, if Clean=ZZF right?

The ZF dial won’t fit the VSF case. I did a build a couple of weeks ago, and the ZF dial has to be shaved

I ordered the ZZF/CF Dial and ZF dial and will check how they look in RL. I will choose the one I like more and sell the other one.

Skills, well maybe, more like a shitton of patience I wanted to do this swap for a while. I didn’t wear my VSF Hulk, because the dial is absolutely garbage.

so when I finally did the swab and noticed the dial didn’t fit, I spent about 2 hours with a nail file to shave it down to size

I have ZZF V3 on my built, I notice sunburst on GEN is less and dial a bit darker

My main problem is the Date not perfectly centered, it’s a bit to the left , I can’t stand it,

Already have them Gen datewheel,
I recently bought the 2-3 blue screws, the date holder and date jumper , all Gen, hope this takes care of THAT!

Yes, the VSF dial will fit in the ZF case without issues. And it won’t be to small

Which hands would you recommend to use on the ZF dial inserted in the VSF case, which are the best hands, VFS or ZF? is there any problem with colors or size? Maybe you understood that I would like to buy a ZF hulk and exchange some pieces with my VSF. My English is bad I hope you can understand

I would wait for ZF to get back on their feet more...Their dials before the raids were the best replica hulks you could get. The QC today is so inconsistent. I've seen great SELs to just awful ones... The rehaut, bracelet and CG is still better than VSF and ZZF. I've lost count how many people have had the crown fall off on the VSF bracelet.
