In such case, wouldn't it be just better off simply to get the ZF Hulk?

Vsf is superior to ZF hulk in most ways.

Personally I think the font on ZF dial too bold. The color may be nice but I wouldn't swap for a ZF dial from Vsf.

How come the spider legs cyclops edge distortion was supposedly removed in previous batches but we are still seeing it in the QC pics? Or am I not seeing things right

So some update as ive just recieved a few pieces of the latest version of Starbucks from VSF.

Here are the findings.
All watches with the stickers on are the latest version of K25.
Non stickered is my pre raid.

Overview

1) crystal

As updated from about 6 month ago, no more distortion on the VSF now, but HALO effect is lacking. Which makes the cyclops feel flat, but clear! As VSF always do.

2) lume pip

Clear upgrade from pre raids and even before this batch. The pip bezel is now very thin compared to the old thick ones. Which is ACTUALLY an easy way to spot a VSF rep.

Pip color is more pearly now rather than muted.

3) SEL fitting and mid link step

Clearly. To me at least, that the older VSF have nicer and snugger fit on their SELs compared to new ones

As for mid link step, both have a defined step and close up, it does not look over polished at all. However, the newer ones have a slightly higher step than the pre raids. In real life, to my eyes, this is not visible. Unlike comparing a 11 series to a 12 series. (I'm just doing this shot since there were talks about it earlier in the thread.)

Sounds like overall an improvement vs. pre-raid

Bracelet seems to have been changed. it feels good but the SEL seems to be sagging more now and it doesn't fit tight and flush.

More photos for comparison.

Both cases are the new watch with pre raid springbars.

The one with stickers are the new bracelet, you can see obviously it doesn't fit snug and there's slight sag.

But when I pop the pre raid bracelet over. It's as good as the good ol' times.

That sounds bad

Great comparison @2fast4lust

I also have a pre-raid 126610LV and my SELs are tight too but would like to replace the xtal, date wheel (print sitting too low) and bezel. I have enquired with a few TDs and all of them have said they can't order the VSF parts separately. Looking at gen xtal and gen date wheel and buying a VSF v2 sub and swapping the bezel out. Do you find the "floating m" is less of an issue on the v2 watch?

To be honest, floating m for me a very small problem if not invisible to my eye at all. I've never ever bothered about it.

Gen xtal is probably a good swap for the Starbucks IMO, I would consider it if I found one for a good price, non blistered.

Hello guys.

I got a VSF 116610LN from Lucy about a month ago. When it came it worked perfectly but now the bezel no longer "clicks" and rotates in both directions. This honestly doesn't bother me as I usually just let it sit at 12 o'clock, I only noticed because it was a bit out of alignment and I rotated it to the correct position. But still, if it's an easy fix, I would like to have it working properly. BTW, I don't notice any sort of rattle coming from it, so if anything is loose in there it's not completely loose.

Anyone had the same problem or knows how to fix it?

Thanks.
It’s a realistic sky easy fix but requires a watch case/crystal/bezel press (with the correct sized dies) to get the bezel back on accurately and without damaging the retaining gasket. It may also require some spare parts (eg balls and springs) for the ratchet mechanism. These parts are easy to acquire on AliExpress. And your local watchsmith should have the correct press and dies.

Seeing both K28 and 25 on VSF no date version. Looks like either is fine and can be considered latest batch

Just got my VSF 116613LB here are some pics.

I think the saying about the cheddar gold is kindish correct. In direct sunlight it doesn´t look orange at all, in dark light however you can see, that its probably not the right gold tone.

See the pictures below
