Got my first rep last week (VSF SD43) I'm blown away by actually how good it is! How they can make a item this good for the price point (£450/£500) is beyond me. I'll say it quietly but I actually think they're selling them too cheap!

I got mine last week. Much better than expected, easily in my top 3 best reps of all time. The finish is on another level, QC perfect and what is most important for me - it feels gen.

The pip is the give away...just a bit more hue to the gen

Gen bezel/pip and gen hands upgrade and it's about untellable whilst on wrist under scrutiny. Off the wrist the serials obvs...and I still think the factories can go further with all their clasp/back of watch stamps on ALL their reps!!

You need to ask specific questions based on what you think may be a fault. For example, "Does the 6 o'clock marker looked crooked?", or "Does the lume on this minutes hand appear to have a crack in it?".

These are not specific to your pictures and are purely examples.

this one has this blue on date. or gen also might have it in some light conditions.

They look all the same and I am on this forum 1+ month.
You must be insane watch nerd to tell the difference and crazy to "easy" tell the difference.

The easiest way is to look at swiss made at 6 o'clock. Crown between swiss made is 41mm (3235 movement), without crown 40mm (3135 movement).
