I agree totally, the only AR on my gen sub is the cyclops. You would think Rolex would step up on that aspect.

Yea, rolex doesnt even put AR on the underside, so it's absolutely no AR except for cyclops! it's weird, why hide that expensive dial under all those reflections

Yes I agree. All my APs have 2AR and they look amazing! This will be my 1st time doing it on a Rolex though but on my sub I have a gen. Xstal

I think I once read somewhere rolex intentionally chooses not to use a full AR bc want their watches to have that reflection bc it brings more attention on the wrist.

Interesting, there must be a good reason. It is a superb watch, I got mine 1 June 2016, it is running less than a second + in 24 hours.

yea i remember reading that too! that's dumb. like i need more attention than the white gold fluted bezel that blinds everyone who looks in my direction.

Can somebody explain to me how cheapo DayDates from Dhgate can get the day font correct but seasoned factories like BP just can't seem to do it? Granted there are a plethora of errors with the pictured watch but day wheel font isn't one of them. Seriously irritating that they can't get these things right.

Gen DD40 doesnt have AR. Infact all Rolex doesnt have AR on the crystal. Cyclops only.

OK so lets remove that EF watch out of the picture. Obviously its not same quality as BP/Noob or EW
