From Swiss eta 2836 to Asian 2836 no but I'm not sure about the ones that have the decorated plate added if those need a thicker case to fit.

Ok so I just ordered a Noob DD40 with roman numerals. I was thinking about the BP and i'm sure it's great and all, but I just had a couple bad experiences with BP datejust2's recently so I'm waiting for the Noob DJ2 v2 to be released. In the meantime, I'll try out this Noob DD40 release.
I'll post my qc pics after i approve them and a mini review with some measurements and weights when I get it!

What we really need is someone who is very close to their TD to potentially ask for a weight comparison between all 3 versions bracelets. I think everyone just wants the heaviest bracelet for their DD40.

the gold watch is a factory EF watch as you can see by the card in photo.
whether EW is the same as EF is another story as the EW watch has an EW plastic top casing for bezel.

I've already provided weight for both BP plated and wrapped earlier in this thread so now all we need is Noob and EW

Guys I don't think this "EF" is the same as "EW" bc when looking at the pics in greater detail the endlinks don't even appear to be of the new updated 2 piece kind that the dd40 has.
I see the card says 40mm but the endlinks are wrong. They are using the old style bracelet that the dd II used.
If you compare the pics of the "EF" to "EW" you can see they are different. Noob,BP and EW have the correct 2 piece endlinks and this "EF" doesn't.
The pics aren't 100% clear but what do you think?

Hmmm, do you think it could be one of those shady factories repping other reps and using a similar name to a trusted maker to attract buyers?

I'm not sure what to think but I would like to know where he got that link from.
Either way that rep is no good. They screwed up one of the main features exclusive to the DD40. Also day and date wheel are the wrong color.

I just received my BP 40 from Vac today, my oh my what a beauty. Sadly I had to list for sale to help fund a new Omega gen I just purchased. With the 2XAR crystal it is unreal. If you are considering this DD strongly consider a 2XAR crystal.

I've been really happy with the prof AR on my AP. I wish the AR was better on the gens. Omega and breitling have pretty good AR usually, but Rolex glass SUCKS. AR on a Rolex makes the watch look totally different from gen... but i don't really care because it looks so much better
