Hey retard, it is never your money either. You stole from others. I still don't know if you are really 75 or not I certainly hope not, you sound too stupid for a man at that age, more like 7.5 years old.
OH SHIT!!!!!! The 75 y/o thing was quite suspect to me, as well. Can't lie.

So this is a pension-care case rather than a fraudulent one?

I am giving an opinion here, guessing what happened…so don’t @ me 😅

I don’t think that the guy tried to scam. He also has a ebay shop and sells on C24.
I believe that he put a bad german address from another customer by mistake, but with the right name.

However, instead of admitting outright his mistake , he doubled down in bad faith…probably using a frequent tactic. That could work vs ebay or C24, and their lousy customer support (automated and not specialists)…on RWI, you have several experienced human mods, so it does not work as he can be called out immediately

At some point, there has been a PM or a written message from buyer to seller with the address.
Buyer provides it to mods = irrefutable proof
Seller evades all requests to show what address buyer sent him = no case

Sounds like the cranky old perv who is running a newspaper stand while selling ciggies and lottos...

As a cranky old perv running a newspaper stand and selling ciggies and lottos to little girls, I cannot confirm that I've ever sent a fake watch to the wrong address and denied it afterwards. But maybe I just forgot...

I really don’t want to lecture a 75 year-old man, but if you’re on a fixed, retirement income and 350€ is a big hit to your budget, then the last thing you should be doing is buying and selling replica watches. I’m glad you refunded the buyer. Whether it was an honest mistake or a bumbling attempt at a scam, you will sleep better at night. I don’t know what’s so hard about saying “j'ai merdé” and apologizing. Members of this forum are pretty understanding if you come clean.

Glad I popped in and saw @vanwolff was refunded. I'm glad it's sorted.

@taurus01 , here's a link for Google translate so you can use it on any device

In order to potentially regain access, you need to demonstrate that you are truly sorry by owning up to the mistake, which is what I think happened. Also stop whining about the money. If you proofread the labels before shipping none of this would have happened . Maybe you'll be able to get out of here with a no sale banner so you can participate in the general forum someday.

I must be too gullible, I used to believe in taurus... It's true that his stories were bizarre, even in French. But seeing the picture of his hands I knew he was old. It seems that @Karbon74's story holds water... I think he made a mistake and didn't take responsibility for it... It's all just a guess...I'm happy for the buyer who got his money back.👍

That’s the thing. Me too.
I tried to help him make his sales.
@mrsullivan also spent a lot of time.
He is French and I also felt sympathy.

However, I did not appreciate the constant dodging of a very simple question : what address did the buyer provide?

If he had provided evidence of the above, the story would have unfolded very differently
