Im a big fan of the oversized Mad-dog buckles. I have a few of them. I think it looks great with the 243.

What is everybody’s thought on this style of buckle with a PAM? I have a 1616 which I’m fairly sure this stingray will fit on. It’s a Maddog strap that came with my H2O. I love the strap and buckle, just not sure how it’ll appear with that buckle style.

I can second the recommendation for Straps Monster buckles. I have one of those as well. As you can see in the pic below, the Straps Monster buckle (middle) is a little longer and thinner than the Maddog buckle. I have seen this size and shape buckle in carbon fiber, animal horn and Damascus steel. I truly regret not buying them when I saw them. They seem rare today. If I remember correctly, I paid about $25 each for the mad dogs. I saw a guy on watchuseek selling one for $80 the other day.
