Good comment. Yes, Josh and Andrew sell the same version (rubber strap) that Hont sells... it's not V1 and V2, they're just from different factories.... Josh and Andrew sell the rubber strap version (blue or black) for $298, Hont sells the exact same ones for $258. It's a new rep, not old version.. just added to Andrew's site 5 days ago. Just from different factory than the leather strap version. Both look to be excellent reps.

Just so its clear,this is the misinformation that 'started' whatever....

SA,if you look at the 2 pics you posted on page 1,they are not the same watch and are not being sold at the prices you quoted...

Honts has the incorrect lume markers at 12 and 3,the one you posted from Josh is the other version with the correct lume markers,as you can clearly see in your pics,and Josh is selling that correct watch for $268,Hont is selling the incorrect for $259.....

Since you will mention the incorrect version is still on Josh's site for $298,i will note that it includes a free SS bracelet and dial upgrade for those unlucky dudes that bought it,like myself (2 of them)....Honts price does not include the rubber and SS bracelet.

That is pretty straight forward,no need to argue like the last time i pointed this out,this above is fact.

How do you know what Josh's includes and what Hont's includes, beyond the watch as advertised?. It's not on their websites. If we just go based on what's publicly posted, Hont's deal is better. However, if you know that Josh is including extras because you talked to him... then I would hope you've talked about it with Hont, too, to see what he offers. So let's hold off judgment for a bit and see what exactly is offered by whom and for how much... I haven't seen a single watch or any other item yet that Hont DOESN'T sell for significantly less than the cartel. And that, my friend, is a fact.

Yes,he is a little cheaper then Josh,again selection limited,after sale service unknown,he is new,nothing wrong with that,but people on the forums longer then 6 months or so,buy from Josh,no need to risk the unknown....except the mods here (behind the scenes reason for that change in tune,Josh is still the same dealer they were pushing heavy here a year ago)...

There are many ways to buy around J&A's block on him... he's not worried..

And for those who do not realize this... what Dave is referring to is Andrew's email to Hont telling him not to sell at such a low price. He told him that he was going to cut off his supply of the Skyland V2 and AP. If you see above.. Dave confirms this in open forum. I did not know anyone other than J&A, Hont and the staff here knew anything about this. This is bull shit, keeping prices high like this by manipulation and control is complete bull shit and I hope every person in the world finds out about it. There is no honor in this at all.

See.. the risk in buying a gen and having it repped is that when J&A did it, they had their good friend AP maker rep it but they fucked it up. The Hublot maker.. he didnt. So I guess I would buy the dial from the Hublot maker and throw the bracelet in so I did not completely loose my ass on the money I put into such an investment.
