42mm Speedy on 5.75" wrist. Not the greatest shot, but it's all I had at the moment. 4 links removed on factory bracelet for a solid fit, but I usually rock a NATO on almost every watch.
On a side note, I actually just measured my wrist for the first time today and was floored. I knew I had small wrists but damn! Thanks genetics...

This thread helped me out a lot before I pulled the purchase trigger, so I thought I'd return the favor with a couple of pics. Never measured, but I think a 6" wrist.

Omega Liquidmetal Planet Ocean Limited Edition NOOB v4. 42 mm dial. 16 mm thick, though it doesn't wear that bulky IMO.
PAM 676 V6F v1. 42 mm dial. 13 mm thick, though I think the Gen is 10.5 mm thick.
For those wondering, the sunburst effect on the dial is not as pronounced as it is on the Gen.

Ok. A rosegold hublot and a rosegold AP (both unmodded) on a 5.7 inch wrist.
