SW seems a bit better in terms of drawing accuracy.

Good comparison. I think that SW caseback is more accurate, too.

Here are some pics of my 2nd batch of mark17 prince for you guys. A bit closer up sorry I don't have a macro lens haha. Although the sunburst is missing, the dark blue is very pretty and accurate. Heard the gen also have the subtle sunburst and darker blue (compare to the 3777).

Yea. the MK ver got this weird big nose for the prince but still both aren't so correct on the alignment on the wording.

I didn't get this Le Petit Prince, I change my order to Chrono made by SW (V6F)? instead. I love everything about this watch, beautiful beautiful piece. I like it a lot more than my BlainPain Fiftty Fanthom.

is this one the V6F or the one made by the other factory? it looks really nice again and blue enough? since the 3777 chorno has the purple ish issue dial. what do you think about yours?

I think there is something wrong with my mark17 movement (A2892). The crown can change the date and time seperately however the date won't move to the next day when time passes 12am (even I manual change the time with crown). Is there something off between the date and time wheel. Is it something easy for a watchsmith to fix?

I did prevent to change date between 9 to 3 oclock

Just received mine. It's confirmed. The newer dial has no sunburst though the color looks better than the chrono version.

Looks good, I am happy they correct the color even though the sunburst is gone.
The right blue tone is priority 1 for me.

Regardins sunburst, I have checked almost every videos available on internet and i agree it looks really cool but the gen doesn't have or it is really really light.

From what i have seen what we thought is suburst is more the reflexion on the cristal like on this video :

Definitly MK > SW but what about V6 ?

There's not a perfect Mark XVII Le Petit Prince.
It's up to you to decide what's essential: dial markers, sunburst, layout, caseback accuracy etc etc

I personally like V6F a lot.
