The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711 (43mm) is great on skinny wrists. Mine is 6 inch, all links are removed on this one. I wouldn't recommend it for smaller wrists than 6 inches as the bracelet would be a bit loose. The case and bracelet on this is the SW200 version, maybe others can be sized smaller.

I think it suits you perfectly! In fact, I'm considering getting one myself after looking at this. That strap complements the watch perfectly.

Wow, those pilot chronos look surprisingly well on small wrists! I have literally 6" and even 42mm feels a bit big (and also I prefer smaller watches, which adds up.to the feeling).

My collection stays on 40mm as a maximum, but there are plenty of amazing options out there. Today I'm sporting one of my favourites: Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711 PF Factory (40mm diameter / 8.9mm thickness)
