Facts right there. You get what you pay for. There are however those from PhenomeNato. They got it pretty close but still just nowhere as good as the Omega IMO in terms of the overall feel and durability of the weave.Beautiful. No aftermarket natos can beat the Omega originals
Most places I know, at least the ones where I'm at, refuse to work on any replica watch. So I can't help you there. And I wouldn't worry about it, the movements would last a long time. And from my experience, the crown and stem is usually the first to go bust.@imranbecks Once I receive my rep, what do I do when it comes time to service it down the road? Can I take it any watch repair shop as long as I’m upfront saying it’s a rep? How does that work when owning a rep and wanting to service it?
This is also my suspects about the Omega clones too. Any idea if these VSF clones take the gen spec stems as replacement actually? Most places I know, at least the ones where I'm at, refuse to work on any replica watch. So I can't help you there. The VSF 8400 is just an Asian 2824 dressed up to look like an Omega 8400 so it should take A2824 stems or ETA 2824 stems if they are compatible with the Asian clone. This is also my suspects about the Omega clones too. Any idea if these VSF clones take the gen spec stems as replacement actually?

So it means it takes the gen 8400 stem then. No, the VSF 8400 is a true clone of the Omega 8400 movement. This isn't an ETA clone with a decoration plate. The only difference is the VSF 8400 doesn't have a co-axial escapement.
Theoretically, a gen stem should fit, but there is no guarantee it will. Manufacturing tolerances play a large part in that, as well as slight design changes. It's this way with all clone movements, just look at all the different Rolex 3135 clones. So it means it takes the gen 8400 stem then.
Is there a reference somewhere which VSF Omega clones are true clones and which ain't?
Yeah, VSF 8906 is a cloned movement as well.@KushBandit Thanks.
How about the VSF 8906 GMT? Is it a true or fake clone?
The Spectre is a 21mm lug width, so the 21-22mm will do it. Fwiw 22mm natos look great on a 21.@imranbecks I want to buy the gen nato strap from Omega, but not sure if I get the 19mm-20mm size or 21mm-22mm. My guess would be the 21mm-22mm. Which size strap do you have on yours?
Trusty Time - you’ll find him in the Trusted Dealer section. These are excellent qc photos, who is Andrew?
The bracket quality is inferior. I am not sure about the previous versions but the current one is terrible. The clasp shape is wrong and it cuts your wrist.is the metal bracelet the correct size on the recent batches?
earlier pages on this thread were saying that the size has changed
