Just wanted to pass on my compliments on another quality project.

The ghost & super ghost bezels pictured lift this piece to another level. I've never been consumed by the mystique of the Comex editions but I have to say yours is the nicest take that I have seen & it carries the authentic vibe really well in your presentation.

I'm sorry to see that some negativity has infiltrated this thread, don't let it affect your enthusiasm as there are many of us who love to see your projects coming to fruition with the added bonus of some historical significance being imparted alongside.

Hey Mincey, what's up bud ? - what exactly do you want to know - is the watch water proof ? - bad news I'm afraid, water proof watches don't exist - watches are only water resistant - and to various degrees.
Or did you you want to know if I pressure tested the watch to validate my claim that the HEV is functional ? Nope, no need to, a HEV only works in the decompression chamber after a dive - allowing helium to escape from inside the watch thus releasing the pressure built up inside - nothing to do with water getting inside.
Do you have a cousin called Corned beef ? - think I may know him.
