QC pictures do not look very good. Too many flaws in this Cellini

Am I expecting too much? The back of the watch looks like it has a lot of trash in the finish and even has a pitted area on it that is not "chromed" To me it looks like the surface had trash on it when the shiny finish was applied.

What say the people?

The back looks like it has one of those clear vinyl stickers on it....
The front might also......ask your TD if thats the case

OK guys, thanks for the input. I want a subtle watch without the bells and whistles. This watch to me is simple and elegant. I will send QC another email and ask is it has the clear vinyl protector on the front and back. I sure do appreciate this forum and the feedback. I agree, it does look like it might have the vinyl protector film on it, if so, and that is making it "look" like flaws and it doesn't then I am a happy camper. One other question.....The first QC pic has the watch on a machine and it is sandwiched in between two pieces of hardware and on the right side of the mahine it has a green check mark. I suppose it is some form of test, please enlighten me. I tried to search but not sure what I am searching for. Thats dry waterproof tester.

It pressurizes the case and measures the crystal deflection, a sign of air entering the case.
If the crystal rises (indicating air entered the case) it fails.........

Thanks again, you guys are amazing! This watch is from Puretime and they say that waterproofing is included with their watches. I guess the pic is my proof.

So happy to find the TD section on this forum as well as a wealth of knowledge in all aspects related to Reps. Once this transaction is completed and all is well I owe it to this forum to throw them a bone and become a supporter.

OK, I received new pics from QC at Puretime. I did ask if there was protective film on the front and back of the watch and weather or not that caused the distorted and/or flawed views from the first pics. My question was not answered but the new pictures are amazing! They are what I was expecting. I noticed the order number sticker was gone from the second set of pics and the new pics were taken in a different "photo-box" because the original were in a black box, the new in a white box. I am also not sure if it is a different watch. As long as I get the one in the second set of pics, I will be very happy. Puretime has been prompt in their response and very professional.

Same watch ,Im looking at the wrinkles on the leather strap, and one tiny flaw on the back of the case.

So that had to have been clear stickers causing the distortion......

Looks like you got a keeper there !!!!
