If only Clean/GMF would take a few drops from their blue ceramix mixture and put it in the red ceramic it would solve the "brownish" color and make it super great.

They can make almost everything else 98% genlike on the watch, dont understand the problem really. Would almost think it's on purpose

Congrats on scoring the gen. The gen red is easily distinguished with its cherry hues. Something no rep insert has gotten right yet. I find some rep blue colors to be as pleasing or more than the many different gen blues so no real loss there IMO. The GMF has nicely rounded corners in the triangle so it's an acceptable option. We've come a long way in a short time.

GMF was never a standout in that feature. Not like the CF V2 and certainly not the Noob. Some GMFs I've seen look a little more pronounced than yours.

Both have flaws bro. I call the inserts even, maybe from the same source different batches, maybe not. Too close to call. CF bezels are a shit show and about half of them will have to be disassembled to re-center the insert.

GMF potential flaws are weak rehaut - thin and shallow, sometimes off centered in more than one place, weak or no lip, and getting stuck with a lousy SA3285 movement. TD not willing to provide proof is a red flag in my book.

Can anyone give advice if the TD won't photograph the movement or record a video of setting the time? It's like rolling the dice on a $600 purchase if we can't identify the movement when GMF are known to be unreliable in terms of supplying the correct movements...

1. Switch to a different watch, one easily flipped if you don't want to keep it.

2. Buy a GMF Pepsi from Li at Jtimewatch, who will provide this reasonable customer service request.

3. Don't use the other TD again.
