Haha this is crazy guys, we used to be happy with 3-4mm thicker reps in the past, this rep it’s an insane achievement, the thickness, the weight, carbon fiber, nobody even gen owners pay attention to the color of one gear

I think you are right but it’s just baffling they’d go to all that work and not color two gears correctly. Then true to charge 5k.

Correct the gears and this is maybe a 1k watch.

you guys might be surprised. but then, most guys that drive Ferraris don't have a clue about how cars work.
i have been to a lot of car shows with my truck, and listening to many of those people is really a joke. i once had a guy "tell me" that my blower was a turbo . i was thinking = you tool, it has a belt on it.

Most people can tell is not a free sprung therefore not real. But it’s only an issue if you’re trying to pass a rep as Gen.
It’s a fun rep as it is, just a complete joke the current pricing for it.
This should be a $499-650 tops based on the movement this is made of.

Interesting also to notice gen use two tones of grey (or black?) for the plates & bridges. Really pops on this picture:

I think it is a trick to visually increase the depth of the movement. Clever!

Looks like the top layer is black and the bottom grey to me
