They are not bad by any means bro, but this are rearranged Miyota movements, they look good and close to gen, but for 3k I find this movement expensive.

I’ve not yet seen a real clone on the same level as 55/35 RMs.

Many dealers advertise them as clones but they are not, just look in the front where the pallet fork wheel (don’t know if it has this name) is on the gen, and where on this movement.

It should be right at the left of the balance, at the same level, but on the rep is higher, and some more things that show that is not a clone.

I dont believe many of the 'flaws' will be fixed for a while, and even if they do, they will be small increments towards being 1:1. However, the price should drop significantly, down to under 1k and hopefully towards the 500-600 range- I would wait until then to purchase. Make sure to post an in-depth review here as well as r/reptime when you receive the watch!
