Something i noticed .. on the genuine 35-01 white bezel the marks are yellow .. but my rep from bbrf are white marks..i know for black bezel and red is white marks but not for the genuine white bezel

This is genuine watch

Im talking about these marks

I asked everyone which factory makes the best rm 35-01 and 35-02.. and everyone told me bbrf beats zf , Sonic and T+ etc .. and now I have both the 35-01 (white bezel) and 35-02 (black bezel) from bbrf (bought 1 month ago) .. why did I not NOTICE this before 😤

Today 19 november 2023 , which factory makes the best RM 35-01 (white bezel)

Is it

Sonic
T+
ZF
BBRF

?

OK, I am completely confused. I want to get an RM 35-02. There's the BBR, the Sonic, the ZF and the T+. it seemed like the consensus here is BBR, but the Sonic movement is supposed to be better. The TD that I asked recommended the T+, which also has a moving balance wheel. The same TD has two versions of the Sonic, almost $200 apart. Now I see that there is some sort of "super clone" movement and some chatter about BBR movement breaking down.

So can someone please take pity on me as a Audemars Piguet guy, and explain what are the pros/cons of the various 35-02's available?

T+ is supposed to be the best case, Sonic best movement. T+ is out of stock now and new batch should be available next month hopefully with new Sonic movement.

Hi guys, I am sneaking in from the Rolex section:)

I had a RM055 once from ZF and once from BBR. What I had to say, is that the folding clasp is MUCH BETTER and stronger on the ZF. Since I am thinking about ordering a RM35-2 from SONIC I would like to know if:

- how the clasp compares to ZF or BBR
- the movement is reliable compared to the BBR clone i had (v1)

Would appreciate any help

The most actuate RM35-02 in my opinion is T+. (if you can find it).
Sonic, BBR & T+ all have moving balance wheel which is good. Unfortunately, ZF doesn't and to me it's a big flaw.
Looking at the lower right section. The distance between the 2nd & 3rd whole is too much on BBR & Sonic compared to gen.

Yes, the three holes on the lower right are closer, but then T+ also put an unnecessary screw on the upper left gear (next to the 10 o'clock marker). Or that extra metallic piece on the T+ that can be seen inside the cutout above the 7 o'clock marker that neither the gen or the other reps have. That being said, if you run into someone that knows how far apart the holes are on the lower right corner of a $400k RM watch, that person would also know the 100 other reasons all these movements differ from the gen.

The focus on such minor details within these forums does not happen IRL, unless youre a watch geek like us most people dont know or even care what watch you have on, i have gens and i have reps, i can meet friends and the cheapest reps can get the best comments then another day my white carbon Diw daytona my pal thought was a swatch and the 35-01 a gshock, outside of brands like rolex normal everyday people dont know or care, if you like a rep watch buy it and wear it but dont worry about such intricate minor details of a movement you need an loupe to see and if youre trying to pass it off as gen then thats another story 🙄

When you're in someones company, they'll probably going to see the watch at this distance and even then your arm is moving.

It's not so much about the watch but about the person wearing the watch (I'd like to think).

I don't believe the car or travel argument as I've seen wealthy people take trams, uber x, have take out etc.

Personally I like the BBR but they did stuff up the jewel in the v2 (I know now I'm nitpicking but just an observation).

We see these watches at 300% and unless you're going to be in a photograph with them up close, the worrying should be less.
