Thanks bud, appreciate it
I polished the edges of the inside of the links and clasp to give it a much nicer feel. Other than that I gave it a rinse in the old ultrasonic and lubed it up with some teflon. Feels good to me at least. These old style bracelets are a bit more jangly than the newer models by design though. Especially the clasp.Hey guys it finally arrived, the only thing that “bothers” me for now is the bracelet. I mean it feels and sounds like it’s very very cheap. To give you an example it reminds me of Seiko snxs series. But overall it looks great. Does anyone have the same problem, or have you done something about the bracelet?
that's the hollow center links bracelet, yes?Hey guys it finally arrived, the only thing that “bothers” me for now is the bracelet. I mean it feels and sounds like it’s very very cheap. That’s a good idea, polishing the inside of the links. Thanks my guy! I am currently making a list on the things I want to do, so I put your advice in!I polished the edges of the inside of the links and clasp to give it a much nicer feel. So it's normal for it to be jiggly. That's part of the charm.
@Geonor tips are great.
Personally I love those bracelets. They are so comfortable
i know i have friends doing that. Couldnt pay me enough money to have the lightness and comfort of a 5 digit oyster taken away from me sorryYes, quite a difference between the 6 digit and 5 digit bracelets. Many people have swapped 6 digit bracelets onto 5 digits because they prefer the more “solid” feel and the glide lock clasp.
