Pelagos ZF vs. V6 - is there a consensus?

I think it depends on your wrist size. I used to wear PAMs too, but eventually realized they were just too big for a 6.75" wrist. I think 42mm or 43mm is max for this wrist size. So this size watch is perfect for this wrist size. Also, the PAM's can be really heavy if you wear on a bracelet. Because this is titanium, it wears much lighter and comfortable. I'm like most Watch Enthusiasts, where I want a watch to feel like a watch, and not feel like a toy. That is why I went with the ZF, it has a Stainless Steel case back, and really adds weight to the watch. In fact, when I was timing it, I took the case back off, and was amazed at how light it was. It felt like a toy. But after putting the case back, back on, it really felt a good heft. So to me, it doesn't feel like a rep. Anyway, hope that helps you decide.

Does the gen have a stainless case back?

Actually gen has SS case back and bracelet clasp. I think my ZF has SS case back but titanium bracelet clasp. That is why it is a little lighter than gen

Thank you all for the nice feedback on this model, I believe whoever went through all thread can now know to order and check QC carefully.. for me it is a now must model, I am going for the ZF... I might even think of going gen since price looks appealing for such a beautiful watch

I was under the impression that the ZF had SS case back and clasp as gen, but the V6F is all titanium? I wonder if the ZF parts would fit the V6F case and bracelet?

I actually prefer the lighter weight of my V6F as it makes for a very comfortable fit on the wrist and is a refreshing change from my heavy gen CrPO.

I'm more than happy with that watch. The case edges are too sharp but it's an easy fix with some sandpaper. The clasp is awesome, best clasp I have ever seen on a rep.
And the A2824 movement from KW/V6F is also not so bad....

Are you sure this is the correct website for puretime? Did you follow the link from the trusted dealer section?

Ok good as there are scam sites that rely on the names of trusted dealers to get business

I'm pretty sure it is a scam... Please double/triple-check in the TD section. As far as I know puretime is still under maintenance, and correct website should be www.puretime.watch

Ok for the second the site is legit. It's in the Puretime Thread as thew new site. SO WEB ADDRESS ASIDE.

Is there a difference in the two Pelagos ZF watches I linked? Or it's an error on PT's side?

Yeah I think so too. I emailed PT for confirmation. I tried on the Gen Pelagos today and was almost crying taking it off my wrist but alas €3,980 is waaaaay out of my budget. Looked a lot smaller on my wrist than I imagined it would.
