If your watch is ceramic you'll need to either live with it or replace the case. That's if you can't buff out what you've done with a t-shirt or tissue paper.

Hey guys, why the 25 on the datewheel looks so strange? Especially the 5. I noticed it today for the first time. Is this an issue?

How much were you quoted for the PAM case? Swapping the movements between cases is easy I hope.

If you have the new case I can explain you how you can do the swap.
It's not very hard but you need good tools and you must be a bit familiar with watchmaker skills.

I actually noticed the exact same thing today!
The 2'5' is definitely a bit crooked.
I guess now we know that there's one day a month that you shouldn't show off your PAM438!

It's close to 11 o'clock so I am guessing the date change gears have engaged in the gen hence the misalignment. But the 5 does look a little weird like the rep.

It is not only a "5" problem because the first character is always bolder than second one

The 5 looks like it's slightly rotated clockwise. And Ale has mentioned, the front number is bolded. Maybe I should wait for a v2

It looks like the second number is always a little bit smaller. What do you think guys, is there a possibility to change the date wheel?

The pic above is gen. Do you not think that looks like the rep 5? Looks just like it to me.

The issue is in case of two numbers... 15, 25, 26 .... Only the 5 looks good to me.

Do you have a gen pic of 25 or 15?

With the many models having ST 2555 movements, is there a good chance that 438 will eventually have a Seagull version? I'm holding out on 441 just for that possibility.
