Actually, some V3 from new batch have a little raised crystal, but yours really semms one of the good placed crystals, maybe the best in this thread. Congrats !!
The gap (this is a new name for this flaw!!) in the Swan Neck is produced when the Dagger of the regulator doesn't touch either the micrometric screw or the Swan Neck spring.
A correct Swan Neck device must have the Dagger or regulator lever pressed between the micrometric screw and the Swan Neck spring.
Noob replicas have always a bad swan neck with bad end shape in Swan neck spring, short micrometric screw and about 54% have "gap". In your watch if you enlarge the pic you will see the micrometric screw doesn't touch the Dagger. Is not noticeable at real size and doesn't affect the working of your watch. You are lucky again.
