Maybe it was too much to expect a rep of the 2 part case? Also, I think the 5740 case is 40mm, not 41mm, like the new 5811.

It does look like a rep of the 5740 is in the works, which would be nice. GRF has a clunker out at 12mm which is way off base.

Rep case has appeared on some watch modding wechat channels. I have no info on it, only pics. Wonder what the hooks are for in the case?

It's also not the 2-part case, it clearly has the same case design as the perpetual calendar case (caseback is secured via bezel screws).

Can’t wait for a rep of this with the improved bracelet. Not very optimistic on rep makers nailing the dial colour out of the gate, but with a nice anniversary datewheel and white gold plating by @Nikz19 I think a PPF or 3KF version of this would be fun to wear!

Funny thing is the new blue looks like PF's first blue. When you remove the green, it may be a lot easier to rep.

What would be hilarious is if they nail the aquagreen/blue dial color from the 5711 perfectly....on the 5811 rep.

Good question. Buff dial has been existing for a quite long time but I haven't heard if the ss (even CNC) case and bracelet rep is imminent.

I think those hooks are for the pushers along the sides. The pusher is showing slightly in one of the pictures.

Let's see if 3k decides to put it in 5711 case and change the print on the movement and called it a day for V1 or they would change the case and movement.

How do you guys think of that dial color? It doesn't look appealing to me.

The one thing I'd love to have is the new clasp. Old clasp gen or rep are exactly the same... POS.

Off course the new case (41mm), clasp, datewheel font and dial is important as well. But the white gold plating is essential.

Without white gold plating it’s not worth considering, as the color of steel is so far away.
