The wrong WR rating was one of the flaws and I didn't expect they would be bothered to correct it. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to live with it and you can imagine my surprise when I saw the QC pics Make sure you tell your TD to get you the latest version, it must have the L SWISS L on the bottom of the dial ( the first version didn't have it ).

My SF I would say is in between these in colour but almost the same as the ZF. It looks dark in this pic but changes so much in the light.

would be nice to hear some reasons/ facts. Why is the ZF in your eyes superior (compared to the gen)? dial, case, crystal?

SF V1 vs. ZF:

SF had the wrong "372" Case with wrong inscriptions between the lugs. V2 still is slightly off (bezel), aditionally it has screwed bars.
Further: SFV1: wrong Plexi

The SF dial was better (KW left).

ZF dial seems in some lighting conditions too light, that's due to the crazy sunburst (ZF right). KW/V6F has a 6497 and a mineral crystal. Very nice watch, cheap option.

As for the comparison to Gen: I don't own the Gen, so I'll have to rely on my friend Bart - he agrees it's far better than KW. He didn't see the SF yet.

That all considered, the ZF is - with it's imperfections - the best option IMO.

I have the latest sf and ZF too. My bud has a gen 690 and I saw it too. In term of dial color, gen is between sf and ZF. I would say sf is closer since ZF has too much greenish hue. Radiomir Panerai letterings on the dial in sf is also closer to the gen. When it comes to case shape, ZF is definitely closer to the gen by the way.

Smaller dial size of sf is news to me. They look just same to me. Sapphire crystal of the latest sf is much better than ZF which shows too much distortion. You definitely need to replace crystal if you go with ZF.
In spite of all these pitfalls, latest sf and ZF are both beautiful. Gen was made only 500 pieces so the chance you see the real one in your life is fairly slim anyway.

Because SF used the wrong case, its dial is of a different size. I tried to switch dials with KW and it was then that I found the dial to be smaller in diameter.

thank you @PeterRei for your pics. I have the SF V1 and built in the much better dome-shaped crystal of the V2. It is a beautiful watch now and no need for me to buy the ZF...

ZF pam690 which I ordered arrived the other day.
A blue dial is very beautiful and is satisfied.
