IMHO, GEN or REP, too red/pink copper color does not fit the bronzo spirit. It looks dam cheap.

PAM 382 Bronzo - QC Pics allowed Thread

It's a lighting issue. This was inside at work today.
Another inside pic.
Inside my house with natural light coming through window.
Chamfered the edges a bit. Different light bulb again.
In all honesty it looks a bit pink in some lights. I also noticed the patina already setting in since the ketchup bath from yesterday.
If I find a new crown I'll be 100% happy. Right now I just want a new strap.

Material looks very different to the ZF bronze...

The 20´salt bath removed that nasty cupper pinky tone. Now it looks like bronze.
It looks more or less like mine, bought on Dec2014, wich evolved a nice natural patina, not forced. More or less like yours after 20' salt bath.
From now on, already removed the nasty cheap pink, I would not force anything, and I'll let the to develope a natural patina from the normal use.
EDITED: And now you almost have a decent bronzo you sell it M2M !

Yeah. It's not me. I tried wearing it a few days. Can't get myself to like it. El well. Hope someone else will enjoy it.

I sold my 382 today but wanted to share with you this link. KW color isn't too far off at all.

Well, we had a chemical analysis done by ALE which confirmed kw has very similar to gen composition, almost the same.
On my part I already stated I found it quite hard to capture the real colors of this watch, more than a few pics were showing a different color than the real life color. Also, many of the pics shot by others I see show too yellow or too pink color.
It strongly depends on lights, but on the kind and amount of patina developed as well, and finally on the.methods used to eventually remove it.
So I simply learned not to fully trust the pics

That gen has a nice real bronze tone.
Yours, after the salt bath, looked similar to that.
Before ,when clean, it was defenitely on the pinky side

yeah i was in contact earlier and making the deal. then another buyer paid quicker than i could reply back. I really want a seagull movement so no big deal. thanks for looking out though
Problem is, they might change the material in subsequent versions of the watch. If they find something cheaper which looks similar you can pretty much guarantee that they will use it!
Might just be me but there seem to have been a few instances recently of KW watches with sloppy mistakes.
