PAM 382 Bronzo - QC Pics allowed Thread

The bezel is wrong and the color of the metal looks wrong to me. If I find a Version 3 KW Pam382 Seagull Im going to snatch it up as soon as I can.
We will see how this version is when I see it. It might get posted up as soon as I get it. who knows
Would love it if those who bought a 382 in the Last two months posted up pics so we can see if all of these are the same issue with crown and crown guard. I emailed KW about Crown they stopped receiving emails as of 2nd Feb - 22 Feb. I hope atleast one more batch comes out. Or maybe If we get a good amount of us together to write emails to KW about CG and Crown they might fix the issue on another batch. For now I will wear this current version that between you and me is a step back waaaaaay back in quality.
Got my bronzo. Love everything minus the skinny crown. I tried msging my TD about sourcing the right crown but no reply so far prob due to Chinese New Year. I can live without the chamfer but the crown does bug me a bit

It doesn't bug me that much to return the watch or sell. If my TD can send me a fat crown, I will be happy.

Apart from the non chamfered CG, and assuming the @45 index is there... nice unit, enjoy.

Since now a days, it's almost impossible to source a right CG from KW, I would try, it does not look like a dangerous operation.
I would try "a little bit", so, if ok, I can continue until reaching the desired shape with more confidence.
Sure an expert could chime in how to proceed and what tools to use.

Like wise. I got mine from Toro. Looking at the pics I rejected, they all had fat crown. I am thinking they are the older batch that is floating around with problems.

Exactly. Little by little is the key. also the right tools to do so. 1500 grit sand paper or so up to 2500. magnifier of some sort. Another Crown Guard to use as a template to refer back and forth. I will be attempting this If I won't have a huge gap in the crown guard cut out on the case after i attempt to grind it down a bit. Ill weigh my options

Lol, it's the one from the website, he returned all the rejected one from the factory, the question will be if he can source one from kw.

My TD said not likely sourcing it from KW. If you pull off a miracle and he says he can, get two. I will Paypal you whatever it will cost to obtain one. Im desperate! LMFAO
Oh man that crown looks great. I wonder if some idiot decided to polish down both sides of the crown on this batch making it skinnier? That CG in that pic is like WTF...lol

Great Thank You so much. Yeah I think ALL or most TD are on vacation already. Im doubting my 382 was shipped in time. LOL! Ill have to wait until end of month or early March now.
