Can someone tell me what band this is? I don't see it on any TD site??

Also is the general consensus to hold off on purchasing a V4 since they can be mixed with V3 parts for the time being?

If you want. Tbh nobody can barely tell the difference between the parts except Ale and a select others. And they've been coming that way for well over a year I think. So who knows how long you could be waiting. Even a "false v4" is still an unbelievable watch

Is there anywhere a comparison between acceptable and bad OP engravings? I am strating to grasp some of the other stuff, but I cannot see the difference in engravings. And I have an 111 on the way.
