I was like you , hesitating with a Pam 312 , lookalike 111 with dater . I have finally selected the pure design of the 111

You are right. But 1312 is just 0.5 mm thicker

Can someone post side by side pics of V3 and V4 cases from the angles we're supposed to be looking at? A bit difficult for the less experienced to see differences unless they're right next to each other. Thank you.

0.5 mm on a small wrist isn't insignificant , I have a DSSD and it's already big , there's the design too , found the 111 simplicity is kind of perfection even if I always selected watches with dater , always a question of personal taste

That looks like a decent Noob V3/V4 transition model. I'm sure you'll get a better assessment from ALE though.
