This watch is the typical false V4
Crown V3 as usually
Movement with Y shaped rep Incabloc. Micrometric screw is very detached from the dagger, but this is very frequent, just cosmetical and dosen't affect the working of the watch.
Caseset is a V3 but very nicely finished

ok, the case etc. seems good enough for me then.
Regarding the Micrometric screw: My understanding is, that the screw is for the fine adjustment of the regulator lever. So i basically just have to adjust the screw to the lever position to fix this cosmetical issue.

Am i right on this one?

Yes your case is very nice for a V3
You can try to tight the screw until touching the lever, but I'm afraid the screw will be too short to reach the target
Anyway no worries about that

Cheap H-Fac PAM111. If that's your budget then go for it. It's no V4 (not even a V3) but it's good value.

It's not just the movement (it's the same movement just more nicely finished by the way). The case set also comes into play.
