PAM 111 Noob V3->V4, KW–V6Fac & H maker - (**QC pics checking**)

Have we ever actually had anyone come forward with a solid, actual V4 in its entirety PAM111. I had a look through the areas PAM guide but couldnt find any additional information added to the 111 section. What changed from V3 to V4

What changed from V3 to V4? I am also wondering aswell. I bought my PAM 111V3 and its a great watch. Funny super reps now are a lot more these days.

From my understanding of ALE's posts, I think the following are changes between V3 and V4:

1. Crown is thinner.
2. CG lever is more accurate.
3. The top of where the lugs adjoin the case is more accurate.
4. The Officine Panerai text on the movement is more accurate.
5. I think the Y shaped incabloc is better.
6. I "think" the bezel grading/angle is more accurate.

Please do not take this input as gospel, I am just relaying my understanding from reading many posts.

Are we supposed to expect true V4s any time soon? Are they just using the parts up from v3s until they run out?

I received my Noob V4 PAM111 today, ordered through Lucy, took a while but overall a quality service. While I know this is definitely not a true V4, I'm interested to know what parts are and what parts aren't, so I can mod this watch accordingly.

My take is the crown is V3, the CG lever looks decent however doesn't sit flush with the CG, you can see that in one of the photos. The OP engraving on the back looks good, the dial also looks good.

Would be great to hear what @ALE7575 has to say about this piece.

Caseset is a transition model from V3 to V4, it is nicely finished but not as clean and uniform as a true V4. Lug contours are way better than a V3 but they are not uniform and there are differences between them. Thge adges are not as clean as V4
The CG lever is clearly raised

According to Ryan, the PAM112's are currently unavailable from both Noob and HFac. I wonder if this is because of a transition to V4. Anyone have insight?

Hi guys, just wanted to share my qc pics of my supposed noob v4 here and get more opinions on it. To me i really don't care if it's a v3/4 hybrid or whatever, i'm looking solely at the "office panerai" engraving on the movement, and from my photos they look pretty dodgy, particularly the O and P, they look like they're slanting to the left (possibly because of the jewel that's there?) and tbqh, it doesn't even look like engraving, more like painted/drawn on, super thick and weird looking, especially having owned a noob v3 before and comparing to the other photos in this thread. Such a shame cos the rest looks good to me. I'm now seriously considering asking my TD for a replacement but i just wanted more opinions. thanks everyone!

The engraving on your watch is the typical engraving of the first false V4 (really ugly)

I made my TD aware of this thread. These QC photos just came in today (3/7/17), so I suppose this is the most recent V4 available. Curious for those of you with a more astute eye to identify which parts are V4 & which are still V3.
