Congrats on this, you just pushed me over the edge, - just ordered mine. Could not resist. I have a Gen Tempest Carbon and love it. Different carbon case tech but it will great to compare the two.

I'm thinking on pulling the trigger right away just by the looks.

I've been around the pamguide for a couple of months but never pulled the trigger cause the pam616 seems to big for my skinny wrist.

The carbotech case effect is really subdued, you won't see the stripes under normal conditions. As for the strap, you do know you can change it to match your wardrobe, yeah?
